1. Customer‑Friendly Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — you may not like how an outfit looks on you, the size might not fit, or a defect may be found. At Label Dua, we strive to make the process stress‑free and efficient.

 


 

2. When You Can Request an Exchange, Return, or Credit Note

  • Changed Mind / Not Liked: Didn’t love how the outfit looks on you? No worries — you can return or exchange it.

  • Size‑related Issue: Ordered the wrong size? Request an exchange within 6 (or 7) days of delivery. Please refer to our size chart to avoid errors.

  • Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: Report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos and order details.

 


 

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Visit the Exchange/Return Request link in the website footer and submit your request with reason and supporting images within 24 hours of delivery for defects or wrong items, or within 7 days for size/mind‑change reasons.

  • Once approved, we’ll coordinate a reverse pickup. Please keep the item unused, in its original condition, with tags intact.

  • We may ask for a short unboxing video via WhatsApp along with your Order# — this helps us process your request faster.

 


 

4. Inspection & Replacement or Credit Note

  • Upon receiving the item, our team will conduct quality checks. If the product passes inspection:

    • For exchanges, the requested size or alternate piece will be dispatched within ~24 hours.

    • If the requested size or item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit note equal to the value of the order, redeemable for up to 1 year.

  • Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not offered — store credit only.

 


 

5. Fees & Logistics

  • A reverse pickup fee of ₹300 per outfit (if applicable) is to be paid in advance before pickup is scheduled.

  • Reverse pickup dispatch windows vary by region: typically completed within 1–3 days; return transit may take 3–5 days, and up to 7 days for remote areas.

 


 

6. Cases Where Return/Exchange Isn't Allowed

To maintain hygiene and quality:

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale; no returns/exchanges.

  • The product must be unused, free from stains, odor, or wear.

  • Customized garments (tailored size/length/necktie, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Blouses sold separately or as add‑ons are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 


 

7. Policy Limits & Final Notes

  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

  • Unboxing video within 24 hours is mandatory—without it, requests may be invalid.

  • Store credit must be used in full in a single transaction and before expiry.
